We are a grassroots community organization with the mission to empower women to assist in rebuilding the community. SHERAH provides a safe space for women to actively work on their spiritual, mental, physical, and financial well being.

Sisters Helping Each other Reach A Higher Height was founded on March 6, 2004, by Shante Duncan. Desiring to become a better version of herself, Shante opened her house to other women who desired the same. Started with three women and within a few short months grew to 30 women and now spreads her mission and vision with hundreds of women and girls throughout the world.

Our activities include monthly sister circles, retreats, conferences, and a girls empowerment program. We have hosted a healing tea party, a vegetarian potluck, a women’s conference, priestess training, a pampering party, and an all-women showcase.

We gather to heal ourselves and support each other in the process. We aim to defy stereotypes and activate the Goddess energy in every woman. Self-love has always been the focus of S.H.E.R.A.H. Our desire is to assist as many women and girls as possible on their journey to self-love.

We work to equip women with the tools and resources needed to excel in life. We honor all facets of womanhood and embrace tradition. We believe that sisterhood is imperative and that healed women heal communities. We are committed to healing our communities and supporting organizations and individuals with similar missions.
